Every form the Bureau enforces is registered here. A form remains in force during periods before its publication. Filing the wrong form is a separate matter from filing nothing, and is handled by a different office.

Filing notes
Nothing you enter on this site is transmitted, stored, or received by anyone. The forms below are documents, not collections.
- Form 99-X certifies that no form applies. It is not accepted without Form 17-B.
- Form 0 establishes prior existence and must be attached whenever a signature date precedes the form's publication.
- A filing deadline expressed relative to an event is measured from the event, unless the event has not been approved, in which case it is measured from the approval.
